Privacy policy
What we hold about you, why we hold it, and how long we keep it. This policy describes the EasyTrip platform as it actually runs — the fields below are the fields the database has.
Your account
Your name, email address, and a password stored as a hash rather than as text. A phone number, a country and an interface language, if you give them to us.
Your bookings
The orders you place, the travellers on them, and the contact email and phone number the booking needs. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we keep the card brand, the last four digits and the authorisation, not the number.
What we log
The searches you run, so the site can keep working and so support can answer a question about a booking. A signed-in search is tied to your account; an anonymous one is not.
Who we share it with
The suppliers whose inventory we sell — an airline, a hotel, a cruise line — so a booking can be made. Each of them receives only what their part of the booking needs.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and a person will answer.
Cookies
One cookie records your language, one records your shopping cart, and one records your session. There are no advertising trackers on this site.
