Terms of service
The agreement between you and EasyTrip when you book on this site. It is short because it has to be readable.
Your booking
A booking is a contract with the supplier whose inventory it is. We pass your booking details to that supplier, they confirm it, and their terms govern the part of the trip they operate.
Prices
Every price on this site includes taxes and fees. The figure you see is the figure charged at checkout.
Cancellation
Each booking states its own cancellation terms, and the order page shows what cancelling yours would return, before you cancel it. A free-cancellation booking can be cancelled without charge within the window the booking states.
If something goes wrong
We are responsible for the booking we make for you. The supplier is responsible for the service they sell. If the supplier fails to deliver, we will help you claim from them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over a dispute.
